Your securities are protected by SIPC up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for cash). Additionally, uninvested cash is swept to FDIC-insured partner banks for up to $2 million in protection. We use 256-bit encryption and offer two-factor authentication.
Absolutely! We offer free ACATS transfers from other brokers. Most transfers complete within 5-7 business days. We'll even reimburse up to $100 in transfer fees from your old broker.
